Who is responsible for your data

Andreia Simões, independent digital marketing, photography and video professional. For any question about your data: andreiasimoes.socialmedia@gmail.com.

What data I collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, email, brand or business (optional), what you need and the message you write.

When you contact me directly by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, I receive whatever you choose to share on that channel.

What I use it for

Only to reply to your request and, where it makes sense, to prepare a proposal. I do not send newsletters or advertising, and I never sell or share your data.

The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long I keep it

I keep messages for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of our collaboration. Requests that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months.

Who else has access

The form is delivered to my inbox through an email delivery service, and the site is hosted by a hosting provider. These providers process the data only on my behalf and for this purpose.

Some of these services may store data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

It only uses your browser's session storage to remember, while the window is open, whether you have seen the intro animation and what you picked in "What does your brand need?". This stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to andreiasimoes.socialmedia@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
